Steve was great. He was exactly on time for the first visit to give me a quote. He gave me a very fair quote. He was able to perform the work the same week. He did a fantastic job on hanging the doors. He is very professional. He cleaned up outside & inside where he was working. He charged me exactly what he quoted, which was great. I hope to have Steve work on some other remodel projects in the future. I would definitely hire him again.

Came took sample of siding haven't heard from him since. Left a message to return my same still have not heard back. You should probably rethink your list of people to use on your website. I would hate to think one would have to pay for this service. Since I signed up for free I guess you get what you pay for this service

Steve was professional and did a great job installing a pool safety fence. Appointments, quotes, and the project we're all timely. Price was fair for the high quality work delivered. We're very happy with the result and will be using Steve again.

Steve is awesome! I can't say enough on his abilities, and professionalism. Price was right and if something didn't seem right he made sure it wasn't finished until we were satisfied. I will only use Steve for any future construction needs.

We have been using Steve for a couple years for various tasks in a newer home that we have lived in and were very satisfied with his work and did not hesitate in using him for general contractor needs of moving into our new home which was slightly dated and needed an overhaul prior to occupation of the home. Steve is very knowledgeable in all aspects of construction which makes him invaluable in not only the work he is performing but assisting the homeowner with other subcontractors that we required i.e. cabinetry and countertop providers, etc. Steve was very diligent about being there when needed to oversee all the various stages of remodeling and even caught some errors that we might have missed like the tile floor in our master not being level and brought it to the attention of the tile company who then begrudgingly fixed it right. He also brought to our attention a small ding in our exterior wall that the cabinet company had made with their trailer and made sure they corrected before billing us for the job. Overall Steve is an excellent craftsman and perfectionist and stayed in touch with what was going on at the job at all times and was very attentive to all our questions and concerns even taking some after hour calls. Not to mention one time he came to our home when were having problems with our air conditioner and helped us with that while we were in distress waiting for the air conditioning company to respond. We are also planning on using Steve for home inspection and real estate services in our future real estate pursuits.

Steve was very easy to get in contact with and showed up the days he was scheduled to be here. He also got the required paperwork for my lender back to me quickly. The work he did was, as a whole, mediocre. I supplied all materials, minus doors, but the savings providing the materials should've afforded me weren't reflected. We went over the kitchen layout plans in the beginning but halfway through Steve informed me that the remaining part of the kitchen would cost extra. The small amount of materials he did provide were not discussed with me before they were purchased and ended up being the cheapest available. The drawer units in the kitchen and the bathroom vanity are out of square. The screens that were installed had to be fixed because they didn't stay in the windows and were too small. Only half of the firebrick in the fireplace was replaced and the glass was never installed. The cost of services performed were comparatively way more than other contractors in the area. I was charged full price for things that weren't done along with things that were done, but were defective or sub-standard. When I asked Steve to do things to my design he made excuses as to why he couldn't. He seemed to do the bare minimum on every task and gave me excuses when I asked him to do something to my taste.

Company responded quickly and provided reasonable time slot. Very happy about not receiving a window and instead a set time. Overall the job was done prompt, very well and efficient with time. Would definitely do business again.

Over five months, we had the pleasure of working with Steven Keiser, transforming our first real home into our forever home. He did a huge assortment of projects for us including a major bathroom remodel, kitchen cabinet refinish, wallpaper removal, wall repairs, garage epoxy floor, fans and fixtures, and probably a dozen other smaller projects, including kitchen faucet, adding or moving outlets, shelving, etc...

I'll say up front that I am a perfectionist, and yet I find Steve is someone very easy to work with. He is friendly towards my children, and very professional in my home. On a lot of the projects, I found myself unsure of what I wanted. Steve was a wealth of information, where to get the best price on mirrors, which brands to avoid for bathroom fixtures, how much of this or that to buy, or the best place for paint. More than that he was extremely patient with me, this first time homeowner, who'd barely ever stepped foot in a Home Depot. I feel like I just completed Homeownership 101. Steve taught me a lot about simple home repairs. He was able to work on our bathrooms step by step with me as a team member, helping me achieve the vision in my head. The shower to tub conversion was no small feat, along with an intricate tile job. New vanity, cabinets, mirrors, and light fixtures. And I'm absolutely thrilled with the results.

The other major project was refinishing my kitchen cabinets. We used the Rustoleum cabinet transformations kit, which was a bit of a learning experience at first. Added some new hardware, and it really came out wonderful. Changed the whole look of the house.

Most importantly for me, I trust his professional opinion. He is a true problem solver, and every challenge we encountered, he was able to find a good solution. He was extremely accurate as to budget, and I find his prices very reasonable. Also, he will not hesitate to tell me if a project is unrealistic, financially or otherwise. He was extremely tidy with clean up, and never left a huge mess at the end of the day.

Steve honestly did a fantastic job on our home. There's not a single project we did that I regret. You can really see the care and hard work that went into it. We highly recommend him for projects large and small, and will definitely hire him again in the future!

I did not have a general contractor and Steve was able to work with me to create a new bathroom that is very beautiful and updated!  I couldn't believe how fast he works. He makes precise cuts so quickly.  He is a very nice person to work with. I feel very comfortable as a mom having him here with my children. He is honest and has years of experience. He will listen to what you want done and tell you how it CAN be done! I love how my home turned out! Thank you Steve!  Great price and a great person!

Individual was contacted last week (approx July 20th) by phone and an appointment was scheduled for an estimate on household repairs on today, July 28 at 9:30 AM.  After an hour past the appointed time, we called him and we were told, "Oh, I forgot."  We informed him we did not want his further service.

Returned initial call promptly. Gave me a ballpark price. Met me on time at both the new and old houses to inspect and measure. Affirmed the total price which was extremely reasonable. Worked out the installation date and times to work within our requirements and the requirements of the management company. Did a great job. Quick and efficient. Looks wonderful. Price was as quoted even though he used additional minor materials. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.

Steven is really a nice guy and I will call him again to do some other work. However, he doesn't understand the word and quot;punctualand quot;. He first promised to come at 10-am and finally showed up around noon. OK, I was home, no big deal. Then he promised to come again on a Thursday, finally showed up on Saturday. No phone calls, nothing. But I didn't get upset, just went about my business, figuring he will eventually show up, so for me that was OK. His work is excellent. And he cleaned up after himself, leaving everything as clean and tidy as when he began. He really knows what he's doing and how to do it. He has a very
professional demeanor. I didn't realize that he gave a senior discount until I reviewed the website, so i didn't get the discount, but his price was very fair, so I have no complaints. I'll be sure to ask next time! :) I definitely recommend Steve to anyone wanting quality work. at a fair price...just be patient with his sense of time!!

He fixed damage cause to the wall on the outside of the shower door due to water penetrating the grout. He also sealed and re-caulked the rest of the shower. I'm a long distance landlord and it worked out very well for me and my tenant. Would recommend and use again.

I hired Steve on the recommendation of a friend. As my timeline was very tight, I needed someone who could start ASAP. Within a week demo began and was completed within 2 days. Steve arranged an electrician, tile installer, and a drywall person, all of whom performed wonderfully. Steve did all the demo, framing for a new ceiling and walls, and the building of a new pantry. He also performed some minor plumbing work. All work was done professionally and the detail work was flawless.
