We bought a house in FL but hadn't moved down yet and needed pool maintenance until we got here.  Once we moved in we kept the service figuring that we would get settled first.  Originally we had on 2 occasions cards left with what was done to the pool and an email from the office the day of service.  The first week we lived here the guy ( I will leave names out) was a no show for our scheduled day.  When I called I was told he had been on vacation and he came a day or 2 later.  Over the next few weeks he came 3 or 4 times on the scheduled day.  The last 3 weeks he came different days leading up to a no show.  We were having company so we quickly learned how to do it and found a sliver of a chlorine tab which was gone by the next day.  We also found the filter cartridge was packed with handfuls of debris (we have palms by the pool & they drop seed pods) and was obviously not being hosed out every other week as he had told my husband would be done.  Once we had done everything the pool jets and waterfall began to run at a much more efficient speed then we had seen in the time we have lived here.
I emailed the office after finding the issues and coincidentally they did not get my email.  I had always corresponded with them this way prior with no issues.  Due to them not 'getting the email" they showed up one more time.  The only thing we can tell he did was vacuum as there was the same amount of chlorine tabs that we had filled 2 days before. 
The pool guy was nice enough, but I was not happy with the work or with the office staff.

Blu Water Pools cleans and services our pool on a weekly basis.  Our technician, Denise, does an outstanding job maintaining the proper chemical levels in our pool and ensuring that the pool equipment is in good working order.  She is very friendly and professional, and always patient when answering our questions.  Since this is our first pool experience, we have relied greatly on her expertise and pool care instructions -- and the end result is that we get to enjoy a pool that is crystal clear and consistently well maintained!

Our pool service person showed up inconsistently and left hose running into pool on at least one visit. When I called main office to complain, the operator was unreceptive and made excuses for the service person. He also missed appointments (was supposed to be weekly but wasn't). I no longer use them.
