They sold me a set that didn't match, so had to return for a matching
set and pay an additional up charge plus had to purchase memory because
old memory was not compatible. After replacing mother board CPU and Memory, on board Lan and Audio would not work. Brought back to them and after troubleshooting, they tried to sell me a NIC because the on board one wasn't working and indicated that I would have to live without sound. When I expressed that was unacceptable, was told that I would have to reload windows for it to work. I did a fresh install of Windows and still didn't work. Trouble shooting with manufacture of MB indicate a product defect and suggested I take back to store for refund or replacement. Bits would not refund or replace MB and indicated I had to take it to the manufacture for warranty repair. Manufacture will replace with a refurbished unit (not brand new) with shipping charges. Do not go to this store if you are wanting an easy return for defective equipment. I should have used Newegg.com as the entire process from start to finish would have been much quicker.

Power supply checked out okay so tech asked permission to confirm mother board was bad. I reluctantly agreed hoping against hope and it turned out it was a bad mother board.... they only charged me the $35 service fee.

I have been using them for a long time. This time I was a little bit disappointed. They must have had a new employee working on my computer and they lost all of my information. Fortunately, I subscribe to Carbonite so I was able to get my information back. I will continue to use them in the future. The owners are really brilliant people.
