I had the very best experience working with Ismel on our kitchen remodel - his quote was very competitive and his team was very prompt, respectful, talented and always wore their masks while in our house. The project turned out amazing even after a few issues from the countertop manufacturer (not BG Granite's fault) but I was kept up to date throughout the project. The cabinets are very high quality and installed with no issues. I would highly recommend this company for your kitchen remodel (we had cabinets and counter tops replaced)! THANK YOU!

It was the wrong size and I got someone else to install it for nothing. I would tell people not to use them. They were going to put the last piece of granite next to my stove, but they couldn't do it.

"Bg granite was never notified by mrs [Member name removed] of any granite missing on this job. the job was payed for in full by customer. And at the time of payment all granite and cabinets were installed On left and right of stove and on island. BG granite marble and cabinets stands behind its work 100 percent and would never leve a customer with out a part in the kitchen or expect full payment on a job if the project was not complet. At the time of final payment we meet with customer, installed 2 scribe moldings that customer requested and settled the balance with customer. We were never notifed of Any issues of payment or at a later date about this. If we would have been contacted we would have taken care of any issues. All of our work comes with a 1 year warranty. Our customers are free to contact us about any issues that might arise in the year and we will take care of any issues in the one yet period."

I wasn't happy with them. I used them to do my kitchen and my bathroom to replace the cabin and put in granite. They had put the granite in on Saturday and the owner was not here and they didn't put the granite in it was not level. The gentleman who was here did not level the counter top so it was off an inch to inch and a half across and worst case your granite will crack at the sink. He came back and he is like I don't know if I get that granite anymore if we take it apart we might break it so it is not my fault so it is your people that you had here worked on my kitchen so they came back and took the counter tops off and they leveled off it still bothers it doesn't look right to me, but they were supposed to level off for granite. He didn't want to stand by his work. He didn't respond to me until I reported him to the Better Business Bureau about coming back and then when they came back they still didn't finish the job. For the amount of money it cost me and aggravation I don't recommend them. He just didn't have the right people in here doing it. I would not use them in the future.

They came back 2 times and the problem keeps happening. Now for a 3rd time it is happening and I cannot get them to return my calls or answer the phone. I will not recommend them to anyone and am in the process of calling a real cabinet company and pay them to fix a warranty issue. I'm over dealing with this company!"
