It was a great experience to have Brian check our failing 8 year old AO Smith gas hot water heater. The pilot would not light and we had a bad experience with a local plumbing outfit that was called for first diagnosis and left us hanging. Brian is the owner. When we called, he came out same day and did the diagnosis. He provided the detailed quote that we needed to do our model research. He was able to locate the new Rheem unit, while all local distributors were out of stock. Most importantly, Brian also does the plumbing work himself. I can appreciate quality in workmanship. Just watching him sand and prep the piping, you know immediately that this is a true professional, one with 25+ years experience, not just some new tech in a big firm.
