We were told they would be repairing the leak by replacing the damaged shingles with new ones. The warranty given was for six months. Just shy of 3 years the leak is back and worse then ever. Contacted another roofing company to check leak and was told that it doesn't appear that new shingles were used to fix the original leak. We now have a hump in the roof were the original repairs were made. The roofer we just contacted offers a 1 year warranty verses a 6 month warranty. Obviously they don't have a lot of faith in their quality of work.

They fixed a roof leak in a rental house last year.  I hired them again last month for another house.  They were very prompt with the estimate and the repairs both times.  I thought their pricing was very reasonable.  The roof they repaired last yr had a small leak two weeks ago and when I called to ask them to take a look, they sent someone out that very day to add caulk.  There was no charge.  I would definately use them again.

Auer Roofing did a good job on my roof. I know they did a good job because I had an inspector come out from the insurance company. I even got money off of my insurance since they did so well. I was very satisfied with the job they did. They came highly recommended to me by people in the neighborhood.

They were very professional and did an excellent job. They replaced mine and also a friend of mine and we were both extremely happy.

Mr. Auer came out to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. A few days later, two of his roofers came out. They were thorough and very professional. I made it through the rainy season here in Florida with no leaks. I'm a happy guy. I would recommend Auer Roofing to anyone.

I was very satisfied with everything he did. He is a very nice young man who is very professional. His entire crew is very professional too. They came in, did the job and left. I was very grateful because I usually don?t have such an experience with contractors. Their price was competitive. As far as I can tell, their quality is excellent; I still have to see if it would stand the test of time. He is a general contractor and does things other than roofing now. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, he is supposed to get back with me on another quote for some other work.

I was very happy with their work. I thought they charged a fair price. I have a steep pitch roof, and I wanted them to replace my roof in the future. They would not give me an estimate for future work because he said, "Their was easier money to be made."

They did a good job. They did have a lot of stuff that fell in the attic and I did not realize this until after they left, but we took care of that ourselves. There were a few nails here and there but not a huge abundance of them.

They did a good job and laid down the shingles real nice. I do not have any leaks.
