We contracted with this company to service our lawn on a regular basis. We live out of state and were looking for a reliable company to mow and edge our lawn at our home in Melbourne. It started out okay and they appeared to be doing a nice job. I usually called to let him know when I was coming to town to discuss what might need to be done. Then last may I came into town and had a hard time reaching them and struggled to get Jesse to come to the house to discuss some issues I had with the lawn. I saw his crew arrive walk down the driveway and leave without doing anything. When i finally reached him he promised to do better and put a new crew on the job. I was out of town for three months through the summer and when I returned the lawn was incredibly overgrown and had gone to seed and there were branches all over the lawn and driveway that had clearly been there for many weeks. I called and emailed many times requesting that Jesse come to the house to see the state of the lawn. He did not show up for the meeting we had set and then he refused to come stating that he trusted his crew and did not believe that they had taken advantage of the fact that we were out of towners. He said that his crew is made up of family members and he trusted them. I took photos of the lawn and implored him to come to verify that it had not been cut. He lives only 8 minutes from our house. He refused to visit the property. A couple days later he sent his crew and I told them that I did not want them cutting the lawn until Jesse saw it. The guy edging the lawn admitted to me that they had not mowed the week before because they misplaced our gate code. I couldnt believe it. He is completely unprofessional and impossible to reach. He never picks up his phone and only emails days later. They charged us 120 every month and we paid every month only to find out they were not doing the job. Do not use this company especially if you are not there to verify their work. They never pick up the phone but that bill arrives regularly every month. I had to have my screens on the screened porch repaired three times due to the edger slicing the bottom of the screens. You will see him when you sign up for service and then never again. They claim to be a female run business but his wife(who is listed online as the CEO she really works at a doctors office and the email I sent to her was returned as undeliverable. I have date stamped photos and emails to verify everything I have stated. When we cancelled service we requested a refund for our prepaid service since it was clear it had not
been mowed since the beginning of September. he mailed 44 out of the 120 we had paid. When I got a new service they verified that the lawn had not been mowed in at least a month. There are plenty of lawn service providers in Melbourne. Do NOT use Aspects in Green or Jesse Wallace
In response to Kristin's comments. The WHOLE lawn was not mowed, not just the culvert area. She continues to trust her workers over the customer. And how would she know because, to date, they NEVER bothered to drive over to verify what I said. I do NOT swear and I was angry but not screaming. My wrath included about 5 phone calls and 4 emails begging them to come see my lawn. That's it!
