Rick did a great job on our master bathroom tiling the alcove, floor and wall. He was very helpful with suggestions and adapting to our changes with the design. He showed up when he said he would and finished the job on time. The workmanship is top notch and the pricing was great. Even the gentlemen who installed the glass shower doors commented on what a nice job Rick did on tile installation.

The tiling looks nice. We had an issue with the corner. He fix that. He did the final grouting and he asked for the rest of the payment at that time. I gave it to him because I had to leave him in my house. He came back one day to finish the caulking and to do some touch-up spots but when I got home he wasn't there. So I called him and ask him if he was done and he told me that he got a creepy feeling a bad vibe and he had to leave, but was not done. I haven't heard from him since

Rick gave us an accurate quote and and made several suggestions that saved us money! During the installation rick spent four days at our house while we were at work he even let the dog out. Rick is a skilled professional and it showed in his work we could not be more pleased with way our floors turned out. There is no question who we will hire for all of the other tile jobs in the future.

Rick came to give me an estimate, had great suggestions for transitions between each room and the stairs and gave me a price before he left. The next day Rick reserved enough tile for the job since it was in low stock before I even hired him or told him he had the job. If he had not reserved the tile we may not have the floor we wanted. I got other quotes but none were as responsive, transparent, or reasonable. Rick told me the cost of the materials and the cost of the labor and did not try to make a profit on the spread. I was comfortable knowing that there were no smoke and mirrors or number games. The finished product is great and he even took up a tile I was not happy with without any hesitation. The tile had a manufacturing flaw in the pigment that was not Ricks fault but he made it right. Rick and his brother John did A fantastic job installing 700 sq feet in a three size french/modular pattern with four closets a hallway, bathroom, and kitchen over an imperfect subfloor. There is no unacceptable lippage or other mistakes I have seen with other tile installations. There is a difference between a contactor and a craftsman and I am walking on the proof as we speak.

Rick answered our request immediately and came to evaluate the project within an hour. We agreed on a price and scheduled the project . Rick came in and saved us with an install job that a tile store did not come through on. He did amazing work and saved us money! His work is beautiful!

I think the estimate was fair and the job looks good to me, but relatives who have done tile work pointed out a number of crooked tiles and poor workmanship. I think it might have been from tiling over holes in the wall without patching them first, but I am not sure about that. Although I liked Rick, I think I will use someone else n the future.

From the moment he did the estimate, I knew he was the one to hire. Other contractors didn't quite know how to handle the 5 doorways into our kitchen. Rick had a solution for everything including one I hadn't thought of: tiling the toe-kick under the cabinets! (That looks great, by the way!) He not only made best use of all the tile (I should have bought a little more.) but did a masterful job of tile placement. From all 5 doorways, the 18x18 tile looks great. He is pleasant, punctual, responsive, patient (put up with all our questions and concerns), and professional. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
