We had a raccoon in the attic that was too smart to be trapped. James got him to leave and fixed things so he could never come back!

James was on time, friendly, informative and straight forward. He explained the situation and steps he wanted to take and why. Responded quickly to phone calls . A little more expensive but worth it for lifetime warranty

James was persistent and was able to remove five squirrels and plug holes/entry points to the roof.

Overall the service went well and so far we haven't had any animals, especially squirrels, "in the attic".  I opted for just the exclusion and not the decontamination as it didn't appear (or smell) that bad to me in the attic.  The decontamination would more than double the cost.  I was not home when the work was done but it appears that all possible entries into the house have been blocked.  For some areas they use a cement material to block entry and this material isn't very aesthetically pleasing but hopefully it does the job and keeps the critters out.  There is a 5 year warranty for the exclusion only effort so hopefully it will work and it has so far.

Great.  He made tremendous recommendations and made sure that we did not spend money we did not need to spend.

Very responsive when I called and on time for work.  Price is higher than some but he is thorough.  Only problem I had was that he used "new hires" to perform some of the work on the first of two visits.  Functionally good but the appearance of their concrete work (used to seal soffit at bump outs) was poor.  On his second visit to complete the job he did the remaining work himself and told me that he had let the new hires go.  If James is going to perform the work personally, definitely recommend.

After hearing noises in the attic I went on line to find someone to do critter removal. I found a place called Animals in the Attic. I called James with Animals in the Attic on a Monday at 8 am he was at my door in one and a half hours, that was great. I explained what was going on and James got to work, he walked around the house, went on the roof and went in the attic. When he completed everything he sat down with me and went over everything and the cost. I knew I wanted James to do the job and he was able to get started the next day. He set traps and sured up all entrance points to the house. He than decontaminated the attic. He did everything he said he was going to do and was there the times he said he would be. I haven't heard anything in the attic since and even if I do I was given a lifetime warranty and know James would be there if needed. My wife Stacy and myself would like to thank James and Animals in the Attic for a great job and we would recommend them to anyone. Oh one more thing I loved their you tube videos.

"[Member name removed] Thank you so much for taking your valuable time to let everyone know about your experience with us. We are blessed to meet folks like you while doing something we really enjoy. If you see any wildlife even give your home the stink eye, just call us! Give a big hug to your beautiful shepherd Harley for us! Keep on the lookout for more videos! Thank you both!
