Tim is honest and professional. Really appreciate his company and would not hesitate to use them again if we ever moved to another home without shutters . Highly recommend. We chose combination of accordion shutters for large windows and manual roll down for smaller /more normal size windows.

The work was performed as promised in the original contract, with great deal of care to details. Scheduling the work was a bit of a challenge because of my travel schedules and such, but through good telephone contact we were able to work around it, and the work got performed at the first opportunity where both our schedules could coincide. I am a happy and satisfied customer.

Really well. American Shutter Works had done the original installation for the builder and Tim, the owner, provided us with several options to consider in upgrading the original equipment. We were given a credit for returning the original panels and are really pleased with the new accordion panels that they installed in their place. We have some very large expanses of glass sliders that meet at a 90 degree angle and the accordion panels that run on heavy-duty tracks will make covering these much easier than having to hang the individual steel panels that came with the home. The finished installation looks great and give us peace of mind from a security and storm preparation standpoint. The new panels installed are powder-coated aluminum slats hung between heavy-duty tracks above and below the opening with ball-bearing nylon wheels. The color of the new panels and tracks matched the house colors perfectly, they're totally out of the way when open, and you hardly notice them so they don't take away from the design of the home. Lastly, I feel that the work was fairly priced and very professionally done. I highly recommend American Shutter Works!
