American Made Windows of Central Florida installed a window that had a broken frame, the wrong window altogether in our bathroom (a clear glass window in the bathroom where a frosted glass window was supposed to have been) and never delivered our window screens after being paid in full. All this for a $20k+ contract. I would never recommend this company to anyone. This company is NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

We called T&M Windows to come give an estimate and the owner arrived on time as scheduled for the estimate.  He gave us the price and we agreed on it.  They ordered the windows and came back and installed them - they were right on time, very clean and organized, and the price was exactly what they said it would be.  We were extremely pleased with the product and the customer service and have recommended this company to many people since we had the work done.  It has been over 2 years now and the windows still open with just one finger and they are very quiet.  Very well done.
