Bad, maybe got sprayed twice, advance billing

I've used this company for many years and find their work and responsiveness outstanding. When I had a problem with Argentinian ants (I live near a wooded area), it took several tries, but we finally were able to eliminate them. Since then, the technician has prevented them from recurring.
In addition to spraying, the technician cleans outdoor cobwebs from eaves, pool screening and windows. He also warns me when he finds evidence of dangerous spiders outside, and he teaches me what to watch for.

They do what we ask them to do and they are polite and clean. We are very pleased with their service.

The people who come are friendly and fairly well informed. They also come inside and check termite damage. They came in checked the entire house and checked the trees. They wear booties and caps when they come in. They are pretty expensive and I asked them to give me an option to pay in 3 or 4 installments, which they gave me. They come out every 2 years.
