Excellent job.

I sent an inquiry via website.   Prompt call the next AM by Bill.    Straitforward quoting of options and price.   I opted for the mobile service where they come to my house.  Scheduled for two days later and had good communication that they were running 15 min late.   They did a flawless job on the tint and cleaned everything up after the work.   Very personable.

This is the second time I have used this company and I would recommend them to anyone. The owner received my call and answered all my questions completely. I selected Always Cool based on the reports from Angies List and because they are local.  Since this was a small job, wasn't sure if they would agree to do the work.  Called on a Thursday , the phone was answered in a prompt manner.  I introduced myself and explained in detail what I needed done.  I provided the young lady who answered the phone with the measurements of each window  and she provided me with a a ball park estimate.  Estimate sounded reasonable so I set up an appointment to have the work done.

Billy the owner and installer arrived at my house as scheduled.  He did a measurement and then he did tint comparisons of the windows that already were tinted to insure we had an exact or close match.  Once we agreeded upon the film tint, he layed a tarp on the floor where he would be working to protect it from any dust, water or damage.  Film on one window was removed and replaced with new film and two new windows had film applied.  Once he was finished, he inspected the inside and outside to ensure all work was installed to perfection and cleaned the work area.  Billy was very pleasent and professional.

The work was outstanding and best of all the product has an lifetime warranty, which includes free replacement and labor!

Telephone was promptly answered when I first called, and an appointment was set up for an estimate. The business owner arrived, on time, and he measured and provided the estimate. We discussed the purpose of our job (heat reduction) and he recommended a product from the samples he brought that would best fit our purpose. We discussed an installation date. He left, confirmed the availability of the materials and called back that same day to confirm the installation appointment. He and his "assistant" arrived exactly on time and performed the work quickly and in an enthusiastic and professional manner. This business is a husband and wife team - Billy and Tara. I would highly recommend them; a real nice young couple running a small business. They do residential and commercial building window tinting as well as auto tinting. They use high quality tinting materials and offer a large variety of materials. I understand they have been in this business for over 15 years.

The house is noticeably cooler, there is less glare when we watch TV next to the sliding glass door, and my July electric bill was $4 less than my June bill, instead of at least $20 more.

Six weeks after installation, we noticed many tiny bubbles across the bottom of two of the windows that face east, and we called them. They came the next morning, and although he couldn't understand it, he volunteered to redo the two windows just to be sure we were satisfied. As he was getting ready to leave to get new film, I remembered how our dog goes to the window, puts her face near the glass and watches us as one of us drives away. Sure enough, using a cleaner stronger than windex, the bubbles disappeared. There was nothing wrong with the tinting. We learned that hot dog breath requires more frequent cleaning. But that showed me that no one need worry about fair treatment from these people, they can be completely trusted, and they have a great product. I'll recomend them to anyone, for a car, or for a house.

Billy arrived on time for the estimate, the first application and the last application. I even had to delay the last appointment because I was running an hour late that day, and Billy handled this with no problem. I thought he had plenty to choose from in terms of looks and price range, and we are very happy with the results. the window looks great from the inside and the outside, and the glare and heat in my office are both much reduced.

Billy came out and gave us an estimate the day after we called his office. After getting another estimate we were satisfied with Billy's and scheduled the job for the next Thursday. Subsequently he called and said he would be in the neighborhood on Tuesday. He and his assistant completed most of the work on Tuesday but needed to finish one more window on another day (Friday). The work is now done and appears to be high quality; no bubbles, full coverage from edge to edge of each window. My only criticism is that while he was on time for all three visits, there shouldn't have been a need for the third.
