Excellent experience. Spring was replaced and is under 3 year warranty. Technician lubricated rollers and the garage door is unbelievably quiet. Technician was knowledgeable, pleasant, and polite.

Great! They we done in maybe 2.5 hours, carted away the old door, and upgraded and provided the initial lube to the rollers. No loose parts on the floor or driveway afterword.

Todd replaced my double garage door bottom seal which was partly missing. He did a good job for me.

The entire process from calling the office to scheduling an appointment went excellent! After calling another garage door company that I had dealt with in the past, I was told that I would need to wait until Thursday for someone to come out and address the issue. With that being unacceptable, I went on Angie's List and looked for another company to call. After reading the reviews of all of the satisfied customers, I decided to give All Pro Garage Doors a call. Todd answered the phone and after describing the issue, he asked if someone would be home today between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. I said "yes" and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get a same day appointment. Todd was prompt, professional and after listening to what my husband and I were experiencing with the the garage door, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue right away. Once he was finished, I thanked Todd and he gave me his business card for any future problems that might crop up in the future ~ I noted on his business card that he was the President of this company. Not only did he answer the phone when I called, he personally came out on the service call. My husband is also a small business owner, President of his company and answer's the phone when his clients call. Integrity, honesty and a pleasure to do business with sums it up. All Pro Garage will be my "go to" for when I need garage door work done and will definitely recommend Todd's company to others. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did :)

Great service. I emailed a request for a quote Sunday and he replied first thing Monday morning. Todd arrived as scheduled. Diagnosed what was wrong - replaced the part and made other small adjustments to the door. He managed to keep my 16 year old door opener operational! Clean, Fast and professional. He was out in under 1 hour. Definitely would use again.

I was very pleased with the service. The problem was fixed in less than 24 hours after it occurred. I considered doing this job myself after reviewing a YouTube video, but felt it was a bit too risky given the tension in the springs and having no experience with it. So I accepted the Angie's list deal after business hours. I was contacted the next morning and scheduled the same day for between 2 and 4pm. The service man (Todd) arrived on time (a bit early, actually) and was done in half an hour. Very polite and professional, and didn't mind me sitting by to watch. It is amazing how inconvenient it is to have your garage door out of commission. This was money well spent. I will remember this company next time I need help in this department.

All pro was phenomenal! They return my phone call in less than 24 hours were able to schedule an appointment at my convenience within the next couple of days and the service was prompt and professional. I highly recommend these guys if you are needing garage door service.

Very disappointing. I live in West Palm and had a have a new garage door installed at my house in Melbourne, FL. The door would not open the morning after installation and the company is closed on the weekends. So I had to drive back up to Melbourne the week thus causing me to miss a day of work and use a tank of gas. So the door cost me about an extra $300. The owner offered no assistance with this.

Could not be more pleased. Springs replaced in about 30 minutes at a cost of $225 (including AL discount). The garage door opener was not broken after all as Chris showed me some serious depth of knowledge and had it working again in 15 seconds. Was not a simple breaker being tripped but something unique to Genie. I am 100% satisfied and will be recommending them to friends. Another A rated company on AL was the first to show up and despite telling them that I needed springs replaced and a new opener, they guy that showed up tried to scare my wife telling her it was dangerous to lift the garage door to get her car out and then told me that the drum rollers were damaged, the cables were damaged, the wheels needed to be replaced (only 5 months old) and the opener was bad and could not be repaired. Grand total from this other company was $1,500 and he even went so far as to suggest I just replace the whole door for a mere $2,000. The other company is a complete rip-off and assumes that their customers (victims) are complete idiots. All Pro on the other hand only did the work required and didn't try to upsell me for bogus repairs. Chris raised the garage door and propped it up with a ladder to let my wife get her car out. Then he closed it. He said there was no damage to the drums, cable, rollers and that it was not dangerous. So happy I got that second opinion though there was no way I was going to go with that first company any way after that guy stood there spouting his BS at me and my wife. Go with All Pro and you will not regret it!

I think it was good price. He did things that he didn't need to do.
