Excellent response time. Excellent, professional technician. Excellent, high quality parts. Went above just replacing the 2 torsion springs with doir lubrication and adjustment. Do not go anywhere else . Very professional and courteous . My door was of the older aluminum wind resistant 90 - mph . The door he placed in needed some carpentry adjustment and Todd called in a trusted friend for the carpentry . They worked very hard to install this 190mph wind resistant door and INSULATED door. It is now 90 degrees and the garage temp=80 degrees .
