"as a respected businessman and residential contractor I took the job at the [Member Name] residence to help her in to meet a timely deadline in which she failed to obtain homeowners insurance ,halfway through the job after our agreed upon start and finish date she was notified that the first week we would not be there every day do to wrapping another job but go ahead and get started on hers for some of my finish crew could be there ,at that time she decided to use another company to step in and finish the job after what we had agreed upon and spoke about was being taken care of in a timely manner she then filed a credit card dispute which after 3 months pictures documentation and proof of my licensing & insurance we won the credit card dispute for the $4000which I also have proof of not to discredit any past client but this lady has obviously decided to slander my business and my company and a falsified Manor twitch legal actions will be coming the one thing I can say is if anybody else does any work for me be prepared she tries to find a way to get over and not pay and will definitely make your job a nightmare our company has been doing this for almost 7 years never once had a chargeback to a credit card or a dispute on craftsmanship for final payment I come highly recommended by everybody I have done work 4or will do in the future through a referral system all I ask is please don't judge upon one dissatisfied customer that was looking to get over and have something done for free and think she was going to come out on top in the end be your final judgment I showcase my work on a Facebook page all about you home improvements check us out and let the work speak for itself I have plenty of referrals pass on to anybody with all the proper license and insurance and documentation which was said that I did not have room is Bullard I appreciate the chance to be able to reboot her comments and hope you all have a great day."
