AC went out on a Sunday. Called and left message and they called back promptly and literally came out in 15 minutes. Identified the problem, fixed it in under an hour and gave us some great tips to maintain and trouble shoot in the future ! I can't say enough great things about this company ... Prompt, extremely reasonable, honest, and professional. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

This was very smooth transaction. The complete central air unit was changed out, work was clean and the unit works perfectly. Has made a positive difference in our electric bill. The air is balanced and the upstairs is comfortable. The owner was prompt, professional and educated in the products he installs. We had many questions and are more than happy with the product and performance of the product he suggested. Fair pricing was an added benefit.

The system is only 4 years-old, in a two bedroom condo. However, parts are difficult to find. A full new system was discussed. One pitfall was that a building permit would have to be obtained which entails two hours of billing time. So, I opted for a repair although the part would have to come from out of state. Luckily, the condo was vacant although a potential tenant expressed interest and eventually signed a lease. This prompted the A/C company to push the supplier for the part. It arrived and was installed.

He came and tried to rescue or repair the air conditioning compressor as it was overheating. It needed to be replaced. He went to the truck with his specs and came back with several different quotes for different machines. We selected one and he left. That was at Friday at 9:45. We expected to have a weekend with no air conditioning. He said he couldn't see us going the weekend with no air conditioning. He cleared his schedule that Friday and had it installed by 12:30 and we were up and running. He's very thorough and trustworthy. He's extremely knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable. Whatever he quotes me, I wouldn't second-guess at all.
