Mr Lewis arrived on time in the evening since I work during the day he was able to be flexible with his schedule. He worked on both my laptop and desk top first assessing what was causing the computer to lock up. (my grandchildren put games on it that had adware attached to it with possible viral threats) He found 65 such problems and was able to clean it out. He them proceeded to work on the laptop It took a total of 3 hrs to get both computers up and working. I really appreciate the convenience of not having to take the computer to a shop leaving it and them returning to pick it up and worry whether or not I am reconnecting it correctly. Mr Brian answered all my questions which I found very helpful since I have a very poor understanding of how the computer works. I would recommend his expertise and skill to anyone needing a computer repair. or service.

I emailed Brian, heard back from him the following morning, and he was able to come out today and do the work.
He was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude despite having to crawl around a very hot attic.

They were very flexible in setting up appointment (appointment was on a Saturday to accomodate my schedule) . Arrived on time and performed requested work in a professional manner. Price was reasonable, especially for weekend work.

I have known Brian Lewis since 2000, he has an excellent work ethic and specializes in Exceptional Customer Service. His company provides: IT Consulting Services, Network Design, Cabling Services, Surveillance Cameras, Wireless Network Services and Computer Training. All done under his personal Microsoft Certified supervision. He provides remote as well as on site services and is On Call 24/7 ! In my latest experience with Brian he once again demonstrated that he is ALL about service. Guess that comes from his U.S. Navy training. The company Brian referred me to as a possible source for the parts I needed this time, turned out to be as genuine as Aegis. One phone call about a possible defective part they had shipped and the next thing I know is the guy on the phone was telling me when the replacement part would arrive. No questions ask, No return policy conversation, and the parts were re-installed two days later. All thanks to local independent businessman who cares and knows what he's doing !!
