The only problem with their responsiveness, I am not sure what was going on. It took them a long time to get it on the schedule. But, I am in Florida and the weather and I think one of the hurricane happened. Everyone was behind.

Replaced large roof including wrap-around porch, approx.  60 squares in size. Used peel-and-stick underlayment, the best there is, by default. Crew cleaned up entire area every night before they left. A lot of rotted sheathing had to be replaced - I overheard the supervisor telling a worker, "I don't care what you have to do, make it right" when they ran into difficulties.  Most recently, helped us try to figure out a leak that had to do with the chimney, not the roof.  Worked with us until we got it figured out.

I had a small leak in my roof so I contacted three local roofing companies for estimates. A.R.T. offered the best price, by a very significant margin.
Due to a number of factors, determining the exact problem location was more difficult than anticipated. However, Steve Scott and the guys at A.R.T. stood by their warranty, quickly responded and came out three times until the problem was completely solved. We've had some hard and consistent rain for a couple days and there are no signs of a leak. I hope I don't need any other roof work for a few years, but I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Contract stated that a replacement of fascia system was completed. As per contract and quot;a three year warranty at repaired area onlyand quot; was included. The area is again leaking. Company has not responded to telephone calls.

It took an extra call to get job scheduled, but he did a wonderful job.

The provider showed up around 9 a.m. to begin demolition of the original flat roof. There were several rotten and moldy areas. A couple of beams were cut and replaced. They made terrible noise trying to remove the existing flashing underneath our north windows. The roofs were then built-up about 6 inches, covered with a vinyl skin, and a much deeper flashing was installed. Before they had finished we noticed dimples underneath our windows which corresponded with the installation of the new flashing. My husband asked to talk the man in charge. He asked him to look at the damage we believed was caused by their installation of the flashing. The supervisor came upstairs and immediately stated that the dimples couldn't have been caused by their installation. He claimed that they were caused by furniture being shoved up against the wall. He stated they only fix holes. He then became quite loud, defensive and belligerent. He even yelled on his way out of our condo. We then heard him report to his supervisor in a loud voice that we had complained about damage but it was do to furniture being shoved against the wall. It is amazing how a simple inspection escalated into a nasty situation by this man. Anyone with 20/20 vision could determine that the furniture was much higher than the dimples, and the dimples were evenly spaced right under the window sills where the flashing was attached. We never asked him to repair it and certainly would not want it repaired by a roofer. Although this is minor damage caused by our neighbor's contractor, it is the responsibility of the owner and the condominium association to ensure work is done correctly and does not damage the main building. Contractors should be especially cognizant of damage when working on condos.

Excellent job. The crew showed up on time, were neat and experienced. Completed the job in 3 days and cleaned up spotlessly.

Everything went very smoothly. The contact person was very easy to speak with and gave me advice on removing my solar water heater panel, I was able to recycle the copper withing for about 90 bucks. The only two issues were that the men doing the work didn't seem to speak much english and they didn't put a rain stopper over the front entrance. The construction site was cleaned up very well and they walked around the home with magnetic sweeper. All told they were done within 3 days and that's including the dumpster removal.

They worked together with another roofing company to complete the job. They did a very good job. I personally supervised it. I was on the roof a lot and watched them do it. I was trying to hurricane proof my house. I had them pull up the roof decking where the trusses are connected to the house and reinforce them. It turned out very well. I had one minor problem in that the gable vents had some gaps in them and I had some rodents get in. They came back and fixed it when I identified the problem. I was pleased with the work. They were not the cheapest, but they were competitive.

They had to come back three times before it was done but they did come back. They are reliable and they will complete the job. It met my expectations just fine.

We had engaged the company to fix a leak around a chimney a couple of years ago and we were very happy with that work. The leak was finally fixed, after another company tried twice and failed to stop it.
On this job, Steve was very professional, as was his crew. He gave us a firm price and did not vary from it. The job took exactly the amount of time he estimated. He used top quality underlayment, not the cheapest that will pass code. The crew cleaned up after themselved at the end of each day, which we did not expect as it was a five-day job. We could not have asked for better work. He is not the cheapest roofer in Melbourne, but I would not call anyone else if I needed another reroof job done.

The job was done in a timely, mannerly and professional way. They did a great job and I am very pleased with what and how it was done. I highly recommend this company.

Steve the owner of A.R.T. came to my home promptly as scheduled. We discussed what needeed to be done and upon my approval I was scheduled for installation of the new sklight the following week. Steve was very nice and professional. The workmen who came to my home arrived on time and they were extremely courteous and professional. The work was done in a very timely manner and they left everything spotless. I had several other companys come previously to give estimates, who too were very professional and courteous, but A.R.T. was the best price by far. If I need any further home repairs I will call Advanced Roof Technology with out any hesitation. I highly recommend this company.

They did a excellent job from start to finish.

The repair went well. The only difficulty I had was after the estimate was given, they were slow to my response to get the job done. Once we reconnected the job was done quickly and well.

I informed the owner of Advanced Roof Technology that this roof has been replaced new when I bought the house (Roof less than 8yrs old) then worked and rework 2 times more times and still it had a leak. I ask if he had a product that will not only insulate but seal from leaks. The owner of Advanced Roof Technology not only laid out the product, gave a demonstration on how it would go on seal down at all points.

I have in written guarantee on material’s and craftsmanship.

My AC bill has dropped more than a 100. per month. And to date no leaks. (Knock wood)

They had to come back and take pictures for me for my insurance company. They did that and they were very nice. In terms of price, I did not shop around that much. I would surely use them in the future again if I have to.

Mr. Steve Scott, The owner himself, came out to give me an estimate, he showed up on time and was friendly and polite.

We talked about my prior roof leak and he was informative as to what I needed to do when I replaced my roof to qualify for a discount from my insurance company. He was the only roofer I had talked to seemed to have knowlege about the wind mitigation discount process.

I talked to my husband and we decided to use his company. I called him up and he came back out and brought me shingle samples. I signed some paperwork and his office took care of the permitting.

His workers showed up as scheduled along with Mr. Scott himself who climbed up into my attic to do some work.
The whole process only took 2 days. The workers were courteous and it was all over before I knew it.

They cleaned up the yard when they were all finished and ran a metal detector rake over my lawn to pick up any stray nails that might have gotten away from them.

There were no hidden fees or any surprises.

After the new roof was completed I contacted my insurance company and submittedfor teh wind mitigation.
I received a refund of $900 for the remainder of the year and my insurance has now gone from $2600 to $960.
The new roof will pay for itself in just a few years.

They showed up on time and were fast. In a day and a half, the tile roof was removed and ready for shingles. One work day later we had a new roof. The work crew kept us informed and asked questions about our solar panels when they realized we had a solar hot water heater. They made it much easier for the solar company to re-install them. A clean up was performed at the end of each work day. Overall, we were highly impressed and would recommend this company to anyone.

We had really good service and no problems at all. They were professional and they got it done on time even with the rain. We had one small problem but they came right in and fixed it. If it rained for an hour they would sit and wait and they did exactly what we hired them to do. Usually when someone does a job for you, you can't get them to come back if there is a problem, but they were right on top of it. We were very happy with them.
