Marcos was careful to minimize the dust in the removal of the old tile, and I was pleasantly surprised that the dust was truly minimal. The floor was then properly prepared. The best thick-set was used in laying the tile diagonally, as in the rest of the house. Overall, the job turned out better than I expected. Marcos had to install a larger tile in the bathrooms than what is in the rest of the house, because we could not find the matching tile in the same size. I couldn't imagine how it would look, but he assured me that it would look fine, and it really does. This is actually the second job that Marcos has done for me, and I would not use anyone else.
Description of Work: Marcos de Oliveira, of Accessible Flooring re-tiled two bathrooms in my house today, which required pulling up the old tile, removing toilets, preparing the floor, and installing the new tile. Marcos was very careful in his preparation for the work, protecting floors, cabinets, etc., and as a tile setter he is a perfectionist and excellent. I highly recommend this gentleman. We had some unexpected "glitches" and he was able to re-adjust and is very pleasant to work with.
