Not good. Did not vacuum under the beds, did not touch ceiling fans, had to be reminded to wipe down sills. Paid for extra 1/2 hour to dust six window blinds in one room. . Assistant washed tile in small foyer but never bothered to pick up small entrance rug--cleaned AROUND it! (yes, I watched in horror as I noted this) Used a damp cloth to clean glass coffee table, leaving terrible streaks. Waste of time and money.

It's a mom and daughter team. The daughter is extremely good at what she does but the mother doesn't do a thing. What she does do I have to tell her to do it and it's never done to my satisfaction. For the quality of work and professionalism I would give the daughter an A and the mother a C. I've shown the daughter's grades on the report below but I'm looking for another cleaning company to do the work for me based on the mother's lack of working. Until I find another cleaning company I will continue to use Absolutely Affordable.

Carol was prompt, arrived at time specified with one additional helper, went right to work and did an excellent job. They charge by the hour so I was very pleased that they did not waste any time.
