TERRIBLE! The leak was fixed, only where I told them where to look, that is, inside the association’s conduit box by the rooftop compressor. Male tech was polite and efficient, but gave constant excuses for the association, which owned and caused the leaks. Gave an estimate to repair of $1300, but I was invoiced $1430 (excessive prices). They promised to text a photo of the leak taken by the technician, but did NOT, even after many follow up calls. The office staff (several females) failed to return telephone calls. They charged $95 for prepaid maintenance that I did not order. When I requested the photo and a refund for the $95, they said my bill would then go up several hundred dollars. There is NO such "tricky dickey" supporting verbiage for that on the invoice. VERY NONSENSICALLY TRICKY AND SMART A** RUDE! 6 years ago, I had a good experience with a different technician there. No smart a** “tricky dicky” billing or verbal stuff was involved. There were No excuses for the association.

Nice salespeople, nice installers, nice repair people. But the system they installed is an unreliable piece of crap! I called Able Air to replace a 20 year old Goodman system that had a total of 3-4 service calls over it's lifetime. This pile of junk Able Aire installed had 3 bad thermostats, a cracked drain pan, a blower motor failure, and now...blowing hot air on the warmest day of the year. That's pretty pathetic for a year old system. The warranty covered the $300 part, but I had to pay for the service call. I am one step from calling another AC company to remove this year old p.o.s and install a real A/C

Sadly our Air went out on Monday night! I called the after hour emergency at 9:40pm spoke with someone and never got a call back. Called again Tuesday morning and they said they were booked for the day. When I reiterated that I had already called the night before and they never called me back they said they would get me in after 5. The tech Ken showed up at 6 and said your compressor is shot and not worth fixing. I expected we would need a new unit. He said Eric would call me the next day to go over pricing for a new unit. Here it is Friday and we never got a call. This is terrible customer service. We have been with Able Air for 13 years since we moved to Florida. Needless to say, a new company is here installing a brand new Unit. I would have gladly gone with Able Air if they had the courtesy to follow up and return calls. Terrible Customer Service.

My heat pump stopped cooling and was blowing hot air. At a neighbors recommendation, I called Able Air to have them come out to see what they could do for me. By the time the technician showed up, the system had reset itself and was working. He looked at the air handler, checked out the amount of Freon in the compressor (at my recommendation), and told me to call back if it happened again. It did the next day. So, I opened the heat pump, opened the electrical panel (which he didn’t even do), and immediately saw the burnt wire into the contactor. I replaced them, and have had no problems since.

I rent a unit in Melbourne and had a report from my tenants of "guest bedrooms dont appear to be getting A/C". Able Air reported "evaporator coil 100% blocked, recommend pull and clean" or replace the unit. I chose to replace. They did a great job to replace this unit. Then I discovered from my tenants this did not fix the problem! Guest bedrooms still apparently without A/C. Apparently Able did not verify anything after the install, just left and billed me. I had Able dispatched again, they now quote me with replacement/redesign of ducting for more money! No discounts or apologies for the misdiagnosis, and the $2700 spent on the heat pump to fix their original diagnosis. They were also very unresponsive during this phase as I had to initiate all calls, and had to wait for callbacks, sometimes initiating multiple calls to get a response. I will not use Able again, and wouldn't recommend them. Poor customer service from Adam, their service manager as he didn't return calls, and having others call me instead of dealing with this conflict himself.

Their price was fair and reputation within our local circle high so we went with them. They arrived promptly and finished gutting the old system and replaced all in one day, which is not a small task. They cleaned when they were complete and as they progressed throughout the house/attic. Their staff was very friendly and courteous of our house and family (they finished as we were getting the kids ready for their baths and bedtime). I would highly recommend them for anyone needing duct work for their home.

Always a pleasure to work with this respectable company. Always helpful and show no signs of greediness. They are honest, reliable, and less expensive than most other companies offering the same equipment and service. Very professional and their employees ar highly qualified and compenant. Got a new carrier ac installed and the installers went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to get the most efficiency out of my unit. Jerry and Zach are great assets to able air! Sean is the design consultant that comes out to see which system configuration is the best for your lifestyle and he is honest and trustworthy. He sold us the best unit for the money, and didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need.

job was done in a very timely manor. They put down drop sheets, but fortunately they let some stains on the steps. (we never contacted them about it) but we were able to remove them with a spot remover. Also the new air conditioner has to be set on a lower temperature to get as cold as the old one did.

It worked out good and they are a reliable company. The air conditioner is 16 years old and it still working good. They were also the company that installed the unit.

I am looking out the window and he is in the truck there and they are finishing up. So far everything looks really great. My husband went with them almost more for the provider responsiveness than anything. He's an engineer so he always researches absolutely everything. He had 4 different people coming out here. In the end he liked another system but then he really liked Able Air. So he asked them if they had a system that had the same features and they did so he ended up going with them.

The 2 guys that are here doing the job have been great. They've been working very hard. They took a short lunch but they've been working all day. They are very, very neat. Anything that was happening,  like oh we have to put the register here instead of there, is that alright? The outside looks great and it looks to me like they've done a very good job.

Every time my husband contacted them, he got back to him right away. Which my husband appreciated because he just doesn't have time to be fussing around and waiting a day and all that. I'm going away next week. When they had the session late last week, he wanted it done while I was here because he would be at work and wouldn't be home. So they got us right in and I thought that was great.

The price was competitive so it was good. It was a really good system and it came in cheaper than some other systems. Everything looks great - very, very neat. They had to add a conduit on the outside of the house and that's very very neat.

I?ve got a big house and the best air conditioning system that money can buy. It has even got uv lights in it to keep mildew or germs or anything like that out of the house completely. Multi-stage programmable from your I-phone when you are up in North Carolina and it is down in Florida. You can do anything with this thing. The dollars may scare people, but you can get an air conditioning unit for our house for like $6,000 or $7.000.

That also has a 10-year warranty with it for everything, no more cost for 10 years. That is why I went ahead and brought that. I don?t usually buy those, but on air conditioners. I live very close to salt, like real close. On the front porch, you can hear the ocean and on the back porch I?ve got 3 miles of salt water behind me, I live on the intercostal. I?ve got salt everywhere and it is a constant thing. Other than that, it is a great place to live.

I did have a couple of minor problems with the air conditioner, the little bit of growing pains when you first get them and there is always something that goes wrong. They were out in one case the same day. The next case the next day. They are really good. They were right out and that was during a busy time, so I give them credit on that. The price was not bad as far as I?m concerned. They were about in line with everybody else, they weren?t any better or any worse. The warranty is through them. That price included a 10-year warrant for parts and labor. A lot of times there is a trick, you pay for the parts and the labor is twice as much.

I just saw an advertisement in the paper and I called them, which I don?t usually do, but in this case. I was going to go through another company, but the other company kind of messed up on its service even for the quote. I don?t want to bad mouth them. The other company was an okay company, but they had a bad salesman, that made me look elsewhere.
