The doors leak, the doors and windows are not level, the sliding doors have no bucks, the doors and windows failed inspection, the doors have to come out for a third time, the windows also may possibly need to come because they are out of level, the owner just wants to resolve problem by putting a stucco band around the doors, when I wanted to return the doors and windows the owner stated I wasn't allowed too. The company has not been very responsive and this has been a very stressful experience.

Ability Window personnel were very professional, informative, punctual, and trustworthy. The quality windows were installed within an appropriate time period after being ordered. The installers worked neatly and cleaned up afterward.

As far as the workers and the windows, it was great.But when it came time for the permit inspection it went downhill. None of the 14 windows have all the required number of screws in them. The inspector refuses to pass them, and Ability windows & doors are refusing to come back & make it right. The city of West Melbourne hasve filed a formal complaint against them, & will not issua Ability Windows & Doors another permit until they take care of our windows.
