Here is what I really love about this company. They are competitively priced, [I felt others were very high], they show up when they tell you, they keep in constant communication. And when these guys that show up, they show up to work. Don't get in their way, as they move fast. They know what needs to be broken down, and what needs to be wrapped up and how best to load the truck.
Recommendation, have stuff all packed up - - these guys are like a machine if your stuff is boxed up and ready to load. That's what they do best. If you want them to pack for you, that's what slows them down...but hey it is your money.
All I can say, if great company, great value and I will definitely use them again. They are our hometown heros!
difficult move involving a flight of stars but they knew that before they came. I did add some pieces to the job which were not included in the estimate but I also paid extra the day after the move to cover that. They did significant damage to my furniture i.e. broke the inside of a dresser such that several of the drawers were unable to close, broke a sliding door on an armoire, put a
huge gouge in a dark wood TV stand and then (without telling me) tried to patch it with some orange wood filler. I called the company regarding the damage and, per their request, filled out a claim form, sent pictures and actually included invoices for the bedroom furniture because it was new.
Worse than the damage they did was their total lack of integrity and professionalism in dealing with the situation. After 2 months with no response, I called to follow up on the status of the claim. My call was returned and he was going to check on the claim and get back with me. I called them numerous times over the next 4 to 5 months and never once received any response despite leaving messages for both the sales person and the owner. I am stuck with paying for the repairs to the damage they created.
I do not recommend them. You have too many other good options!
"I am sorry to hear about your move not being quite as expected. Now as far as the damages listed; the owner himself offered to come out and look at the damages and take pictures that are necessary for insurance claims (not provided by you from the start of process); You DENIED this because you stated that you do NOT have the furniture anymore and/or they have been repaired to the best of your knowledge. The owner will still stand by his offer to come out to look at any damages to be repaired or replaced [within a timely manner]. The cost for your final move was more than estimated because you added smaller items to be moved the day of. Your estimate including large items only, as stated by you to one of our salesmen. Then once you added the extra items [full move including boxes and unpacked goods] your price of course went accordingly by the hour as stated in your estimate."

The crew showed up at the time promised, were professional and friendly. I appreciated the great care they took in dismantling, wrapping each piece in a moving quilt, and the time they took to make sure everything was secure. They worked hard and didn't waste any time. I felt very comfortable entrusting my belongings to their care.
They not only unloaded all of the items, but they inquired where they should put each box and each piece of furniture, They assembled everything and removed all of the trash they generated.
I will definitely call this company for my next move and recommend them to all of my friends.
South Florida to Satellite Beach last May 2014. Their price was about half it
would have been if I used a local company in South Florida. They took care of my
furniture, like it was their own. There was an extra charge on bill (math error
with driving time), but in the stress of moving didn't realize it. AFTER I paid
bill they came back to me and they told me I overpaid and
refunded money, that I would of never realized. After moving 5 times in last 10
years, I have never found movers more honest and caring. They even fixed
furniture that I was not going to move because it was broken, but they were able
to fix (without charging) and saved me more money than the whole moving expense.
It was a desk that the was damaged from a previous mover, that didn't take the
time to dismantle from the move before. Would absolutely use again.
I found the final price to be a bit steep, but considering the amount of work that had to be done, I think it was worth it.
They moved my 180 gallon aquarium with base and piping still installed. I was quoted $350. just to move it from another company. Three great guys and they were fast and efficient. They also came in under the estimate which was a few hundred less than one of my other estimates and $500. less than another. No scratches or problems with my furniture.
