I can not begin to properly express the exceptional work Ron and Ellen do. I hired Ron to oversee the process and act as my eyes and ears while I was away.  He performed multiple inspections, provided highly detailed reports after each one, was responsiveness to any and all questions I had, and his attention to detail was simply top notch. I would not hesitate to use him again for any home purchases or new constructions.
This project ran over the course of approximately 5 months, and the price reflects all work during that time.

He's thorough.and very responsive. Very detailed reports. He was very helpful when we called him. He helped us understand the importance of some of the things that he found in our new home.

I called to set up the appointment and Ellen provided me with information on what Ron would be inspecting and what he wouldn't inspect. He went up in the attic, and did not just climb the ladder and shine a flashlight. Before he left he asked if we had any questions, and was there anything else the we would like for him to check. He was punctual, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. I received a thorough report via email within 48 hours. He said it could be sooner if needed.
