As a prior Quality Engineer, I'm probably more ctitical than most. So getting a high rating from me doesn't happen often. But Shane's work and professionalism actually exceeded my expectations. Shane came over promptly to give an estimate. I was impressed that (for the estimate) he actually went up on the roof for a closer look. I have no plants up against the side of the house, and his estimate was $550 for the work described above. He showed-up on-time on the date indicated and performed all the work in a professional manner. He has professional equipment specific to each task that he does. For instance, when he cleans concrete sidewalks & driveways, he doesn't use a standard pressure cleaner with a wand. He uses a professional concrete cleaner (circular shrouded push-type) and there's no back-and-forth wand marks when he's done. He finished all the work within the time frame that he estimated. The mildew blotches on my roof were all gone, my exterior walls look like they were just painted, and the soffits look new. And, of course, the sidewalks and driveway looks great. He said the job went smoothly and he knocked $50 off the estimated price. Highly recommend!

The job was performed expertly and efficiently for a fair price. We talked about having my concrete power washed and sealed the next time. The results were amazing. I had family in from out of state when he did the job and they were amazed at how hard he was working. The fence looks like new, and the house, after the hurricane, looks wonderful.
