Real Estate Service
Not well. We had many issues with Dave not responding, not providing accurate info, not providing expected info like condo association docs, utility bills, condo HOA financials and assessment details. He also tried to word the contract so that we would pay sellers assessment. Very underhanded. Did not empty the unit as requested, our realtor had to do this. Did not even get keys to closing. Our Realtor called him and he thought she would get the keys, please. Listing agent is accountable for this. We then found out from resident that he had stopped by and already had the keys. Was just being petty. Many folks have had issues with Dave. Stay away.
