SOUTH ISLAND REAL ESTATE

We have had several real estate transactions in the past. Some were positive experiences, but most, usually because of agents, were horrrible. We can state without reservation that Erika Rogers of South Island Real Estate is the absoulte best agent we have employed. She possesses the complete skill set, knowledge and attitude that one hopes to find in a Real Estate Agent. We had a few conflicts and challenges in selling our property. Erika was resourceful in resolving these issues. Erika provided messages and responeded to our questions at all hours of the day - amazing! She is honest and communicates often and thoroughly. She was also willing to research issues for us and on serveral occasions she spent an enormous amount of time securing documents and contacting home support agencies; Gov’t., Ins., Pest Control, etc. It never seems to be an enjoyable experience when selling or buying, but Erika was a gem in comforting our fears and anxieties. We can't imagine any other agent going beyond the call of duty as Erkia did for us. She receives a full 5 Star rating in all categories.
