We hired Schultz Electric for our home remodel. Extensive work was done including installing new separate circuits for all major appliances and adding a dedicated circuit for a tankless water heater. The layout of the kitchen changed entirely so all the electric needed to be moved. While I was a little unprepared for the cost, his price was fair compared to other quotes I received. I just called him about a problem at our condo. 5 outlets on one circuit stopped working. Chris came over that afternoon and corrected the problem. The charge was minimal and we are thrilled again with the service provided. Chris Schultz is the first person I call about anything electric!

As a FL Licensed Building Inspector, I'm aware of the most honest electricians who know their trade. That is why I used Chris Schultz for repairs on my personal home. He is simply THE BEST!

For the exhaust fan installation, he was concerned about covering things first as he needed to cut into the ceiling and go up in the attic.  Had to crawl across attic rafters on board / stomach due to low ceiling.  Got done quickly and was fine with answering questions.
Previously, called him out to install a ceiling fan, a whole home surge protector (WHSP) and a new electrical outlet / line in the garage.  Patiently waitied while I went to Home Depot to replace ceiling fan that was defective out of the box.  With the WHSP, there weren't any open breakers in the panel, so he added one (little bigger than needed) and got it done quickly.  With the new electrical line, had to go up into the attic, but was again finished reasonably quickly.

I hired him after the remodel to put in electrical outlet above our island after our kitchen remodel so that we could hang a pendant light and I asked for it to be wired to my 3 pendant lights above my bar area and he agreed; however when we purchased the light and my husband hung it we quickly realized that it was wired incorrectly. When I called him to have him correct it he got very upset and said that I asked for it that way. I explained that was not the case and he argued with me and told me to ask my husband. My husband agreed with me and and yet the electrician was very rude and said something to the effect of and quot;you don't know what you are talking aboutand quot;.

It was a good experience. They're on time and done when they said they would do it. They're a good company. It was reasonable.

Excellent work; done in timely manner; very pleasant attitude. Repaired overhead fan and light switch; removed remote at my request and installed wall toggle switches, dimmer for light and variable speed for fan. Took time to instruct on operation of switches. Also installed two outside sets of weather resistant receptacles with rain tight covers. Definitely would use this vendor again.

As with my previous experiences with Schultz Electric, work was done on the dates promised and for the price bid. Changes were handled professionally, bid before work was agreed to, and performed as planned. I recommend Schultz Electric to all my friends and will call them for all my electrical needs in the future.
