All projects assigned to Mike and his crew were overseen by Mike as well as integrating his sole involvement in each. He is precise, aiming to please, knowledgeable and professional. Mike does things right the first time, eliminating the need to redo mediocre work! I love the pride he has in his work and the time he takes to do it well. He asks questions beforehand which eliminates guesswork and/or the need to perform corrections. His knowledge is multifaceted and his integrity shows in his work. If you want a job done well, hire this professional!!

Mike was the principal tradesman used for all of the detail work in the construction of my new custom home. Mike and his team were incredibly meticulous and paid meticulous attention to the minute aspects of every job performed. We had extensive detailed tile work done in the master and guest bathrooms, and we worked with Mike to develop a design that has gotten nothing short of and quot;WOWand quot; from our friends that have toured our new home. Although we provided Mike with some ideas, his keen eye for design is ultimately what we chose to move forward with. Glass tile inlays in both bathrooms, and intricate corner cuts and detail work to end up with bathrooms that could be in any designer magazine or website. We are incredibly happy with Mike's design and intricate tile work.
Mike also installed 2200 sq ft. of Walnut hardwood floor and took great pride in how it came together - referring to it as his floor. He was incredibly vigilant about the other trades working on the house not scratching or damaging the floor. Cardboard mats were place over the flloor as it was put down to prevent damage. Mike was very attentive to board selection as he laid each and every piece to ensure there was an aesthetic distribution of patterns and color variation in each section of the house.
Mike also performed all of the detailed trim work both inside and outside of the house, this included: Wood window frames and sills, crown molding, base board tongue and groove ceilings in our entrance way and covered patio, and an intricate combination weave and rough cedar ceiling on the top layer of a tray ceiling in our master bedroom.
The most common feedback we get about our new home is about the quality of the detail work, specifically the trim work, the tile, and the floor. One of our friends who toured our home decided to abandon her current search for a remodel contractor and went with Mike Resha based solely upon her observation of Mike's work in our home.
I highly recommend Mike Resha, he truly is a craftsman who is easy to work with and takes great pride in his work. You will not be disappointed if you choose to move forward with Mike.

Mike was prompt, professional, and clean in his work. A bit more expensive (not much) but well worth it.

We were given Mike's contact number by Eastern Kitchen and Bath in Melbourne. We had contracted with them (EKB) for a granite countertop. We were keeping our original cabinets. We were told that Mike did tile and plumbing which we needed. Little did we know that he does so much more than that. Luckily for us he's had experience as a custom cabinet maker which came in handy for some repairs we needed. He coordinated the needed plumbing, electrical, gas and tile work and everything was done in a timely fashion. He went with us to help pick out tile and was great at envisioning what would look good. We are so satisfied with the completed project!
