"I’m sorry to see this homeowner reported a less than favorable experience on their remodel project. I would like to point out that our company was one of several “contractors” hired to do various aspects or parts of their swimming pool’s renovation. Plan It Pools, Inc. was not hired to run or schedule the entire project. As such, working on the project ( and around the schedule of other workers the homeowner hired ) proved to be challenging and inefficient. I do not feel any delay in the project was excessive or unreasonable. I would also respectfully add, the clients tended to make decisions as work progressed, and lots of changes in design aspects , materials to be used,etc. If you are considering any type of improvement, I can offer this advice to minimize delays,: Select all materials in advance of scheduling work. Complete design planning well ahead of starting the project. Hire a Licensed Contractor to schedule, coordinate, and supervise your Entire Project ( don’t attempt to farm out pieces in efforts to try and save money). I would similarly give myself a “ A ” on quality workmanship we completed for this project. I would likely agree with a “ C ” evaluation for execution, with the understanding that we were not in charge or the “Contractor” for the project. The homeowner was acting in that capacity .
