Matthew Gunning Lic. #CCC1331585 was hired for a re-roof on m home. He stole the remaining 2 pallets of clay tiles after he completed it. This tile waws no longer in production and it was futile I had the extra tile for replacement. He then tried to sell it to another customer, even though it didn't qualify for their re-roof specs. He also refused to give me back the $1,600 in remaining materials that I purchased and he returned for a refund. I received a Judgement for the return of the tile and the money he stole. I spent thousands of dollars and even after a I got a Judgement he refused to allow me to pick up or deliver my roofing tiles. My attorney summoned the BC Sheriff Dept. to go to his residence and demand the return of my tiles. This cost me an additional $1,000 in attorney fees.
