Solid Construction

I hired Cesar at Solid Construction to remove the white tile from the apt I had just bought and to refinish and seal the existing concrete that was under the tile. He told me it would be done in 10 days, so I had him start working the day I left for my 14 day vacation. There was some vinyl tile under the existing tile, so he charged me to remove this, and this added some time to the project. Fine, no problem. I started getting frustrated when I got home and the project was nowhere close to being done! I had to live in a hotel for over a week!! As they worked in my guest bedroom, they got the white closet door dirty with the stain of the floor. Instead of just cleaning it, the re-painted the whole door. Fine. Except they got paint on three of my nice jackets that were hanging in the closet. Finally it was done. Except I told him that I wanted an acid wash on the concrete, not this horrible stain that one can tell went on with a paint brush. (There are paint brush marks on my concrete floor, no joke). Not only that, but about 2 days after they "finished" the sealant started to chip, now it's chipping everywhere and I will have the eventually get the floor re-done. I think the worst part of this experience was that several days after his guys moved my furniture back into the apt. (it was in a locked PODS container), I noticed several valuables missing, most notability, 2 Canon cameras. When I communicated this to Cesar, he basically told it was my fault for not telling the guys during the walk-through of the apt. Sorry, I was to busy telling them about the s*** job they did, I didn't have time to check if my property was stolen. Please stay far away from these guys. Ceser was nice, but nice doesn't equal good, quality work. Very unfortunate that I wasted so much money.
