Technician.. didn’t really check out the system. Then claimed that the system had a Freon leak. They wanted to inject dye into the system. For $350.00. But we double checked the evaluation and found that it was the motor/relay. Not recommended. Not honest. The good part was that they did refund the $79.00

Hang up on them. Slam the door. I emphasized three times that I was interested in three estimates -- repair of my outside unit, replacement of my outside unit, or replacement of both the inside and outside units. I told them they were wasting my time -- and theirs -- if they weren't prepared to seriously address all three. Absolutely sir. That's exactly what we'll do. And it will be a free estimate. I made sure to get their assurance three times, with emphasis that I was most interested in repair, since I had other expensive areas to deal with, notably a roof replacement. The next day they tried to change the appointment to an earlier hour, even though I told them a day earlier that my schedule was unusual and I was never available earlier. When the representative from Solar Bear arrived I could tell immediately he wasn't interested in repair. He looked like a door to door vacuum cleaner salesman from the '60s. Sure enough, he knew nothing about repair. Nope, that is a separate aspect of our business. You'll have to shell out 60 bucks for the privilege of an estimate. Nope, I can't help you with replacing only the outside unit. You need to whole shebang. That will be $7501. Oh certainly. You're only $1400 higher than any other estimate I've had for replacing both, not to mention the refusal to address either other aspect I prioritized. Can I pay you now, in full?

They did an excellent job, although we feel that their prices are higher than what other companies are offering for the same air conditioner and installation. I feel that I overpaid about $3,000 more than I should have.

I had met a sales rep at the Broward County home show . Frankie  Mastrogianni came to meet me at our newly purchased house on Saturday. I have been in the Construction business my entire career and it was clear Frankie was very experienced . We discussed what options would be best for our house . At no point did anyone attempt to over sell us which was refreshing . We decided to go with 2 new Lennox units with UV air Sterilizers as an add on . The techs that installed the systems were extremely neat and professional . I had a concern with one of the units and a service tech was sent right out . I would for sure recommend this company to anyone without hesitation . They were not the cheapest company pout there however they provided us with great service and we would use them again without hesitation.  The units are outstanding we could not be happier with the entire experience .

Hired them to replace two A/C units. Angel Rodriguez spent a great deal of time going over the different options to replace them and was very informative. They showed up promptly on the designated day. The installation was difficult (old house) but they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them

They gave me a deal and I went through Cosco. I got  Cosco cash card as well. I got 300 dollars for each air conditioner back. So that was a nice deal. They do the work for me and come and do the servicing twice a year. They were so nice and friendly and down to earth. I felt very comfortable sitting there talking to them while they explained things to me. They are very sincere.

They were good and I am merely satisfied with the new air conditioner that I got. They were reasonably priced. They sent out a salesman and he came to my place and looked at it and he me a reasonable estimate and a couple of days later they came and put in the air conditioner unit. They did it fairly promptly. It was a good unit at a reasonably price.

Everything went great. They are very service oriented. I would recommend them to others.

Installation was very smooth and fairly quick.  The two techs showed up on time a scheduled, were very courteous and diligent in removing the old unit and installing the new one.  All of the mastic seals were very complete, plumbing work is clean and in a simple layout.  Very satisfied with the the quality of the install.  All work was performed as quoted.

Solar Bear is the vendor you see in Costco stores in South Florida. I know you can find them on line as well (SolarBearFL.com).
Sales person at Costco was professional, helpful and very low pressure. Sales person that came into my home was courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and professional.
Price was the best we had on comparable units and the Costco cash cards are a bonus.
Installers were also courteous and professional. They were efficient, very concerned about my property and worked their butts off. Their installations were very clean, and a substantial upgrade over the work that had been done 14 years ago by our prior AC vendor.
The work was just done - so I cannot tell you that my electric bill decreased by a lot - but that is my expectation. I would strongly recommend SolarBear to the community.

Everything went well. The insulation guy was great. There was a problem 4 days after they installed it. A fuse blew but someone came out within an hour a resolved the problem. Problems do happen and they were very fast to get the problem solved. They were easy to deal with and I would recommend them.

We received a discount on the service through Costco. We had a small problem with the humidity, they came back to install an ultra violet light and did some tweaking. The units are working beautifully and our bill has come down since the installation. They were a nice group to work with and I would recommend them.
