They were not timely. They were careless with our key and caused us further stress regarding getting into our home. They didn't clean up after themselves. They were careless and moved items and didn't replace them. Eugene was our contact person with this company. We informed him until repairs and cleanup were performed they would not be paid in full. They used subcontractors, when their ad says they don't. Eugene said they would notify the workers to have them fix up everything, but they haven't. They have been paid in-full without our consent.

"Sorry, for the inconveance, Leaving town for a Tent job is ok, but it is important to leave a person incharge at the house, a tent job is very complicated without being able to communicate to someone the whole way threw out the process. Many things that are in the refigerater by law need to be taken out, if left inside we can get a fine. some of the things that were left as trash in the refigerater were taken out, if not we would not be able do the fumigation. Outside the house, sand is used to cover parts of uneven ground so the gas does not escape, if a water hose is not present we cant clean this. Know that weather and traffic in Miami is always changing being the reason why we give only two arrival windows, 8 am - 12 pm and 12 pm - 5 pm. Some time we give a little more specific timing but always warn that it can change. I know you had to go that day and wanted a specific time and we could not give you one. Sorry if this made you feel disrespected in any way. I am happy to know that your job was very sucessful and you have 5 years of garantee to make you feel more at ease."

I had signs of termites in 1 area. I called Pest Doctor & they sent Eugene out withiin 2 days. He agreed with my assessment (although recommended tenting) and came back same day (at my request due to arriving guests.) He is very knowledgeable about his business and I felt confident. I had called a couple other extermination companies, but they just wanted to send a "sales rep" out to talk to me first.

Eugene is very thorough, careful, and detailed in his work. I had other 3 other companies inspect my apartment before I made my choice. I chose Pest Doctor because of the detail in inspecting every corner of my apt, the level of expertise and knowledge, and the attention to my concerns and questions. When he treated my apartment, he was just as attentive to every last detail. After reading on the internet that the effectiveness of termite treatment in an apt depends on the accuracy and carefulness of the application of the treatment, I knew Eugene was the right person for the job. I would definately recommend his work to others.
