Jessica was very professional and knowledgeable and made great product recommendations.  She worked within our budget and did not try to upsell us on more expensive products.  The fabrics she recommended were of high quality and she also recommended some room darkening solutions I was not aware of before.  The manufacturing process took as long as Jessica promised.  The installation process was somewhat delayed due to some scheduling conflicts, but once the installation was scheduled, it was fast and smooth.  Due to the remodel work at my apartment, the installers couldn't install all the parts, but Jessica was available a while after that to provide the remaining parts to me at my request.
