Maronda was great to work with, we have been in the home for 8 years now and have had almost no issues. Only downsides of the home have been low quality appliances (specifically the dishwasher) and very cheap carpet. Since we have replaced these two items, we have been very happy with the construction of the home. They were great to work with throughout the purchase, including walk through, punch list work, and 6 month follow up. Homes are spacious but not extremely architectural. Perfect for our taste.
