I switched to them because my previous longtime vet was not open on Saturdays and no longer had the personal touch. Seemed more concerned about money than the relationship. It was getting very expensive just for an office visit.
Several times I have had emergencies or at least something that could not wait until over the weekend and they squeezed me in. So they may be a little behind schedule sometimes but I know that is why.  Some people complain but I know I have had to do it and one time it saved me an emergency vet visit.
They are concerned about the animals and give you choices. I have noticed they will also give you advice that most vets will not because it is a money maker for them.  I appreciate the honesty and that the animals come first over profit.  That is becoming hard to find. 
So currently I have switched all my animals to them even though is is a longer drive.

When I called for an appointment for our newly adopted 6 month old puppy, I expected to get one a week or so away. To my surprise, I got an appointment the next day. Everyone at the clinic was so friendly. Dr. Gamauf was so great with our dog. She found a couple of minor issues, explained thoroughly what it was and prescribed the medications to help with the problems. I had some basic questions the she patiently answered. The dog was so comfortable that he napped a bit on the floor in the exam room! So happy to have found them!

They are great with animals. They are really good. They do grooming as well.
