The project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. The work was very thorough with and of high quality.

They are honest and you don't have to play around. They actually do what they say they are going to do. They are polite and helpful. I would rate them overall an A. I think the cost is very reasonable for what they are doing and I would use them again if needed.

The cement was laid by a subcontractor, who was a mom and pop operation but they did a good job and after nearly 2 years there is a hairline crack in it (That is another rating).
As for the screen room, it was ok. I noticed the following later on: - One side wall was not totally flush to the ceiling- Where the side walls met the soffits cover plates were very amateurish looking- The knee walls were not flush with the studs- Some of the cuts on the metal were not true.
I mind you, I had specified to them that this will be fully enclosed and quot;Florida roomand quot; eventually. I even got a quote from them for the window install at that time, but did not decide to the do the job until this year for money reasons. That is where the issue of openings for the main front wall not being the same size and lack of electrical connection points were brought up by other contractors who were giving me estimates pointed this out. Shows bad planing/designe/workmanship on part of Tri-State.
When I tried to reengage Tri-state again this year several times for adding the windows and doing the repairs to the defects mentioned earlier they pretty much ignored me. The sales guy stated and quot;I gave you a estimate alreadyand quot; and never did do estimate again (This was 2 years later!!! How can their estimate be the same is beyond me!) When I confronted them at the shop, their main guy actually told me and quot;OH YEAH! I had to use my pool enclosure guy for that job, the main enclosure expert was too busy!and quot; Well I guess that explains the half hearted attempt.
I am having At Home contractors repair and rebuild the side walls (They had to be redone do to changes we decided on door openings along with the defects), install the windows and run electrical. More on them will be posted when they get done.
