Broker Mike Harris, found a lucrative rental property for me.  I purchased it for a great price in November of last year. The closing of the property went extremely smooth with out any problems. Since then I put the property up for rent with Sound Real Estate Solutions. They are doing a wonderful job managing my property for me. They use a great computer system for screen prospected tenants, and their book keeping is also state of the art. I get my monthly rental checks like clock work directly deposited into my account. Everybody at the office is always friendly, very professional and has a great attitude. Best of all, their management fees are reasonable, and everything is very straight forward. They never nickel and dime you to death with additional extra fees. I could not be happier with this company and their great service.
