He does a good job. He has done just about all the work for us. We have to be careful with contractors because they quote one price but then it ends up being entirely different. He is very thorough and gives a written estimate before he begins. Anytime there is any deviation from that estimate, he comes and gives the option of whether we want it done or not. He is really good about making sure that we are very well informed. He is very professional.
