Mr. Tarbuck designed and fabricated a custom ring for me. Within a few days of our initial meeting, where we discussed my ideas and budget and reviewed some catalogs, he provided a computer rendering of an initial design. I then provided changes to that design based on my taste. Then he created another rendering of the undated design a few days later. After receiving my approval he fabricated the ring. It turned out exactly the way I wanted and was available when he said it would be and was well below the budget that I initially provided. I am a very satisfied customer and plan to make Diamond Works my go to jewelry store for my future jewelry needs.

Diamond Works is the only jewelry store I trust to give me great repair service (no matter how large or small the job is!), quality merchandise and honest feedback.  My extended family also (brothers, sisters, mother) have purchased jewelry, had jewelry designed, had old jewelry re-set into nicer updated settings; and had watches repaired by Diamond Works. The personal and professional service is always a pleasure.

Other jewelry stores might have slightly different prices, but I fully trust what Diamond Works tells me about jewelry- and that they are providing exactly what I buy (not always sure of authenticity when purchasing jewelry from other stores or sites).  Very trustworthy.

I dropped my rings off and they were very welcoming and professional. They said they would be able to do the work and it should be ready in a couple days. They were very punctual and the workmanship seemed to be very good. I was pleasantly surprised at the price as well.

The diamond in my wife's engagement ring fell out after 33 year.
We took the ring and diamond to them for repair.  The ring
was a pear shape diamond solitary.   She always wanted a couple
of side stones to enhance it.  They added two side setting and stones
and repaired the original setting.  The end product looked like new.
You couldn't tell the side stones had been added.  My wife is thrilled.
The owner was very friendly and spent a lot of time showing us 
alternatives.  
We will use them again.

Mike is the owner and was very professional and genuine. He helped my husband who was deployed at the time find and make me a beautiful ring as well as a delicate pair of emerald earrings. He worked with my husband via email and was happy to help despite the difficulty of not being able to have face to face interaction. His work was done in a timely manner and the pricing was very reasonable. He even shipped it to where I was visiting for the Christmas holiday in time to make sure I had it by Christmas Day.  The stones are gorgeous!!
