Way overpriced! Changed stylists since she moved out of town.
Prices are not given prior to service & won't give prices over phone.
Determine price on expertise of stylists. I have referred 4 new customers to them & afterwards compared prices & mine was $60+ over any of others.

"As You Like It is always appreciative of referrals & they have helped to make our salon & spa successful for over 20 years. Upon researching [member name removed] ticket history her last visit to our salon for services was on April 29, 2014 when she saw our senior stylist Bree. Her services were a partial foil: $85, a touch-up color: $65 & a haircut blow dry: $40 for a total of $190. Her previous visit was on May 15, 2013 with our junior stylist Tyler. Her services were a partial foil: $75, a touch-up color: $55 & a haircut blow dry: $32 for a total of $162 which is a $28 difference. We have no record of her having an appointment scheduled on October 30th of 2014. We feel that $28 is a reasonable price difference for seeing a senior stylist vs. a junior stylist & accounting for any price increases in the year between the services being performed. However, [member name removed] is completely justified in her frustration with the prices not being discussed before her services were performed & we apologize for that as her stylist should've discussed that with her before starting. It is our policy to not quote exact prices over the phone because of our stylist being at different prices based on the level of either fresh talent, junior stylist, senior stylist, or master/owner/educator stylist and because the services performed may end up being different than what they were booked for after the guest & stylist consult on what the desired end results are with the color service. Our front desk team is advised to give a base price for each service but to make sure that the guest is aware that this is only a base price & that prices will be discussed upon consultation. There are no notes in [member name removed] guest file of our being contacted by [member name removed] regarding any concerns with what she was charged for her last visit in April of 2014, which we would like to note was over 15 months prior to this review being written. We feel that our prices are very reasonable & competitive for what we offer & for our stylists experience as well as the continuing education they attend yearly. We will bring [member name removed] comments regarding pricing not being discussed with her prior to her services being done with our stylists to help ensure that this does not happen to any other guests in the future. It is our policy that they do this with each guest & again we apologize [member name removed] that that was not your experience."

Every experience there has been wonderful. The staff are very pleasant. It's a very relaxing environment with high quality employees. They provide a variety of services. They have waxing, facials, massage, hair color. They also have a wonderful line of products. They are a Aveda salon.
