The person providing the service was very kind, professional, patient (answered all of my questions completely - and there was a long list of them) and knowledgeable.  He parked the heavy equipment on the street until he questioned me about where he could drive it up to the septic tank, making sure to mention underground lines and property boundaries.  The area that he dug up was small and he did a great job of covering it back up.  He got right to it and did the job in a timely manner.  When I called for the estimate on the new drain field, I thought I got a really good, fair price; he told me what to expect as far as time was concerned, what the job entailed, and what information I needed to give him for permits etc.  At this juncture, I would highly recommend this business.
