Florida type home. Ceramic tile floor on all rooms except den and two bedrooms. Tile started popping up after 5 years. Subsequently every room that was installed by the builder popped up. Tried to claim it on homeowners. USAA sent engineer who filed report that said tile was installed improperly. (independent engineer confirmed this) Contractor just said the report was wrong and it was my problem. Never made any attempt to fix it. cost me thousands of dollars to fix it.
