Restoration 1 of Parkland

We called several water mitigation companies before Restoration 1. R1 was the only one who said they could have someone over within an hour to provide an estimate and action plan.  As promised, Frankie arrived on time and explained in detail the process of drying our floors and cabinets.  He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process inclusive of how to best deal with the insurance company, what to expect from the equipment in terms of noise, and how long the process would take.  We nervously signed a contract and they began work immediately.  I can not say enough how pleased I am with the team of professionals that came to our home.  They were absolutely incredible.  They were sensitive to our stress level and took the time to answer every question with complete patience.  They treated our home as if it was their own and never hesitated when we asked them to address a specific area.  Jimmy was a perfect team leader and deserves special mention in this review.
My experience with R1 from the first call, to the estimate, to the actual work, was nothing less that flawless.   It is evident that this companies management spends a great deal of time training their staff on providing exceptional customer service.
At the end of the project, our home was dry, we felt confident in the work performed and we were treated with care and respect.  They even billed our insurance directly- one less battle that I have to fight.
If you had a flood or fire- look no further.  Restoration 1 will give you the straight story and take care of it.  You already have enough other things to worry about, this part will be easiest if you deal with the Professionals at R1.
