From the consult to the first service this company showed excellent customer service and professionalism. I was having a ghost ants takeover and after their initial service I haven’t seen one. I had a pest service before and Price Pest made me realize they definitely weren’t doing their job. I’m very satisfied with Price Pest and I highly recommend them to be your pest company!

They outsource the rodent exclusion and the communication between the two was lacking. (I Was told that traps would be placed in the attic but then it never was done by the outsourced company they stated that that was not included in the $900 charged for exclusion)

I purchased the contract - paid $125 up front that was okay because the woman was fantastic and knew her job. But the $80 every two months to spray the outside and inside is too much money. I have to call the company and cancel the contract.
