Mario's Fence Repair

Very well, Truman removed and reinstall a portion of vinyl fence. He was very professional and job was done to my satisfaction.

He did replace the hinges on my gate but completely overcharged me for the work. He originally told me he was going to have to replace one of the posts (I think our yard service company hit it with their lawn mover) as well as the hinges. Told me it would cost about $450. Turns out he didn't need to replace the post but still charged me $400 for the 2 hinges which I now see that I could have bought at Home Depot for roughly $50/pair. When I confronted him, he told me that he charged me $295 for the service call (didn't tell me up front about this charge which is outrageous!) and $125 for the hinges. He gave me a "break" and only charged me $400 since I made the check out to him instead of his business. I wouldn't refer anyone else to him. Not an honest business man!

Great. Mario came out and gave me an estimate on what needed to be done. Scheduling was done to meet my needs and the work was completed in the estimated time. Would definitely recommend or hire him again if needed.

Mario showed up on time. He arrived well prepared and was able to explain things in a very understandable and descriptive manner. He was very professional as he flowed from one aspect of the job to the next, cleaning up as he completed each task. He was very focused on his work as if on a mission to be exact and efficient. He wasted no time and made sure everything was perfect. During this job an incident occurred that was the fault of this writer. Mario jumped right in and handled the situation in a positive manner and even made a quick trip to purchase parts needed to correct the incident. He did this without charging extra for his time or the parts. He is a true professional coupled with integrity and honesty.

Mario did a great job from start to finish. He arrived when he said he would. He did the work himself. His price was more than reasonable. He does outstanding work and is an all around nice person to deal with. He repaired/restored our existing chain link to like new condition. I was surprised how well it turned out. The new wood gate and small edition looks great and is solid as a rock. If you need fence work call Mario.

CAME OUT TWO TIME TO SURVEY WHAT I WANTED, CUSTOM BUILT THE GATES AND CAME BACK TO INSTALL

He was fast, professional and very kind. He bought some white paint to make touch-ups and left me the can with a new brush. I highly recommend him for honesty, integrity and professionalism.
