Maid For Today

My mother hired Maid for Today for the first time and she will never ever use this company again. They used a product in the kitchen that damaged her table, counter top, and hood over the oven range. When I telephoned the owner, Myrna Fox, she immediately - sight unseen - blamed me and my mother, taking no responsibility. Her employee did, however, apologize for the damages sustained. After seeking legal advice for financial compensation, Ms. Fox ignored the lawyer's "letter of demand" asking for compensation. My 90 year old capable mother is extremely upset at what transpired, but is unable to pursue litigation because of limited financial resources. Ms. Fox clearly has no conscience!

Very spotty. A few times they did a good job, but most times only fair and several poor. Gave them several chances to improve, but still did not have consistent results.

On a whole she did fairly ok. On the other hand she did not clean my floors. They were still dirty when she left. I am going to try them one more time with someone else and see what happens. If it is not good I will be looking for another cleaning company.

2 ladies were sent and arrived on time. Both did a good job; one a little better than the other but I suspect that one was more trained than the other and kept instructing her on what to do. That's ok for the first time. I'll give them another try. Overall I was very pleased and hope to continue using them on a regular basis. Maid for Today followed up immediately later that day as to how the job went. I thought that was a good move on their part.

THIS COMPANY WAS ABLE TO SEND SOMEONE OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED THEM. SHE DID A WONDERFUL JOB CLEANING MY APARTMENT. I WAS PLEASED WITH HOW WELL MY HOME WAS CLEANED BY THIS COMPANY.

IT IS SO CONVENIENT FOR ME TO HAVE THEM CLEAN FOR ME. THEY TAKE CARE OF THE VACCUMING,MOPING,DUSTING,TUB,TOILET AND SINKS. I JUST CALL WHEN I NEED THEM AND IT IS USUALLY ONLY A DAY OR SO LATER THEY ARRIVE.
