I have pets, so do not want to use toxic chemicals. That was the excuse the previous service provider used for not being able to clear up the problem. Rhea, came by weekly for a month, was very fair in her pricing, and got ahead of the problem. Because my neighbor still has them, bi-weekly treatments are keeping me clear (my downstairs neighbor has now started using her too!).
If I have anything to say about it, my complex will switch to Rhea & Kitty Pest Control when we are out of contract.
